Visually everything is in excellent condition. You are buying on a used oem ac Delco instrument cluster gauge unit speedometer removed from a 1996 Cadillac fleetwood brougham. The odometer reads miles.

So please refer to the ultra hi res pics because what you see is exactly what you get. It was, however, bench tested as shown in the hi res pics.

You also get a working transmission gear selector and the accompanying chain linkage. All mounting brackets and mounting holes are fully intact and none were repaired. The screen lights up perfectly.

That is especially true of instrument clusters, throttle bodies, computers of all types and ignition and brake modules. This unit can also be made to read kilometers by wiring up another ground a very unusual feature.

All buttons modulate correctly. Often times, compatibility issues develop when the same part is installed in two supposedly identical cars.

There is every reason to believe that all of the components of this unit are fully functional but obviously those that could only be tested in a running car were not checked.
